Before using our online spares shop, you may need to know the following:
1. The model name of your Cardale garage door. 2. The size of your Cardale garage door. 3. The type of lifting gear fitted to your Cardale garage door 4. The automatic operator model
All sizes quoted refer to the size of the door opening and not the door itself.
Sizes are always quoted as width x height (A XB) - see diagram left. In most cases single sized doors are less than 8'0" wide. Doors wider than 8'1" will normally require spares for double doors.

All products are sold subject to Cardale Doors Ltd Standard Conditions of sale, which are available upon request.
Specification
In order to ensure continual product improvement, the Company reserves the right to make any alterations in design or manufacture without notification.
Warranty
Spares and accessories are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is limited to the free replacement of faulty goods only.
Returned goods
Spares and accessories may be returned for credit if they are returned carriage paid in a re-saleable condition within 3 days from customer receipt. Credit will not be given for post/carriage. A restocking charge of 25% of purchase price will apply where goods are returned outside this 3 day period.
Trackless (or canopy) Gear
Mk. 2 and Mk. 3 doors use a spring drum assembly mounted at the top of the door.
Overheads trackless doors use a coil spring mounted along the top of the door.
All these doors are referred to as Trackless (T/L) or Canopy doors. Safelift Overhead Trackless is our current standard T/L lifting gear. When ordering right or left handed spares (RH or LH) you should view the door from inside the garage.
Slideaway Gear
Doors with Slideaway (S/A) lifting gear retract back into the garage when open. See diagram left. All double doors use Slideaway gear.
Delivery
Cardale Garage Door only distributes spare and replacement parts within the UK.
Most items will be despatched within 48 hours of order and the following charges apply:
Delivery charges are set at £10.00 (up to 30kg) and are sent within a 48hr period*
